Life Coaching

Design the Life Your Soul Remembers

There comes a point when the life you’re living no longer feels fully yours.

You may have followed expectations, carried responsibility with strength, and shaped yourself around what was required of you, even inside a life that did not fully feel like yours. Still, something deeper begins to surface.

A quiet remembering.

My life coaching work is for adults who are trying to reconnect with who they are, what they want, and what no longer fits. This work is especially welcoming to people in the LGBTQ+ community, people moving through identity shifts, life transitions, faith changes, spiritual abuse, creative blocks, or the process of rebuilding a life that feels honest and true.

My work lives in that space between who you had to become and who you are ready to be now.

I bring together:

• trauma-aware support
• identity alignment
• life design that feels real and sustainable
• boundary work
• practical next steps
• grounded accountability
• creative reflection
• support for self-trust and choice

Each session is designed to create movement.

Not endless processing.
Not dependence.
Movement.

We remember.
We realign.
We redesign.

Important Note

Life coaching is not therapy or clinical treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Although I am a Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist, life coaching services are offered separately from peer support services.

At this time, life coaching services are provided on a private-pay basis only and are not billed through Medi-Cal or insurance.

My training supports a trauma-informed, culturally aware, and identity-affirming approach, but this work is forward-moving and rooted in choice.

I support people in getting clear on who they are, releasing what no longer fits, and building a life that reflects what’s true for them.

This is identity work.
This is structural change.
This is becoming.

Services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions. Support is informed by evidence-based frameworks (ACT, CBT-p) but delivered in a coaching and peer support context. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed providers when appropriate. Services focus on empowerment, skill-building, and lived-experience-informed support.
