Free 30-Minute Connection Session
This is a space to pause, reconnect, and begin finding your way forward.
A free 30-minute life coaching session for new clients to slow down, talk through what’s coming up, and begin finding clarity in what you’re moving through.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll meet what’s here and gently begin to make sense of it together.
If it feels aligned, we can talk about continuing to work together.
In this session, we may:
• name what’s feeling heavy, unclear, or stuck
• notice patterns or inner tension
• reconnect you to who you were before you had to shape yourself around your family, environment, or early experiences
• identify a simple next step or direction
60-Minute Life Coaching Session
This 60-minute life coaching session is a deeper space to sort through what’s been weighing on you and begin moving with more intention.
We take our time here, unpacking what’s present, creating space for insight, and gently moving toward clarity and direction that feels aligned for your life.
You’re not being rushed or fixed. You’re being met, and supported in finding your own way forward.
In this session, we may:
• explore a current challenge or life transition
• notice patterns, beliefs, or blocks underneath it
• reconnect you to what feels true beneath conditioning from family, environment, or early experiences
• clarify what you want, even if it feels unclear at first
• take grounded, realistic steps forward
90-Minute Life Coaching Session
This is a life coaching session for when something feels bigger, layered, or harder to untangle in a shorter amount of time.
We move slowly and intentionally, giving you room to process, reflect, and gently work through what’s been building without feeling rushed.
This is where deeper clarity, emotional shifts, and meaningful direction can begin to take shape.
In this session, we may:
• explore deeper patterns, cycles, or long-standing challenges
• process a significant life shift, identity change, or transition
• untangle competing thoughts, feelings, or directions
• reconnect you to who you were before you had to shape yourself around your family, environment, or early experiences
• create clear, aligned next steps that feel sustainable

Life coaching is not therapy or clinical treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Although I am a Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), life coaching services are offered separately from peer support services.
At this time, services are provided on a private-pay basis only and are not billed through Medi-Cal or insurance.
My training supports a trauma-informed, culturally aware, and identity-affirming approach, but this work is forward-moving and rooted in choice.
I support people in getting clear on who they are, releasing what no longer fits, and building a life that reflects what’s true for them.This is identity work.
This is structural change.
This is becoming.
Services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions. Support is informed by evidence-based frameworks (ACT, CBT-p) but delivered in a coaching and peer support context. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed providers when appropriate. Services focus on empowerment, skill-building, and lived-experience-informed support.
