Peer Support

I offer peer support for adults, teens, and people in the LGBTQ+ community who are trying to make sense of what they’ve lived through and moving through the parts of life that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to name. Some are moving through addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, life transitions, spiritual abuse, or questions around faith and spirituality.

As a Certified Peer Support Specialist, I provide peer support services grounded in lived experience, mutuality, and shared understanding. This is not therapy or clinical treatment. This is a place where you can be met as you are, without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out.

Peer support focuses on strengths, resilience, and self-determination. I follow your lead, support your voice, and help create room for you to feel more steady, more connected, and less alone as you move toward what feels right for your life, at your pace.

At this time, services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not billed through Medi-Cal or insurance.

Adults

I offer peer support for adults, including LGBTQ+ adults, navigating addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, life transitions, spiritual abuse, or questions around faith and spirituality.

This support is for adults who are trying to make sense of what they’ve lived through and want support that feels steady, honest, and rooted in lived experience. You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan before reaching out.

Peer support creates room to slow down, be heard, and sort through what you are carrying with support grounded in lived experience. Together, we focus on your strengths, your choices, and small steps that feel possible and true to you.

Teens 12+

I offer peer support for teens 12+, including LGBTQ+ teens, who may be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like they’re holding more than they should on their own. They may be moving through anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, or challenges at home or school.

Peer support provides a safe, respectful, and youth-centered place where teens can feel heard without judgment or pressure. This is not therapy or clinical treatment, but support grounded in lived experience, connection, and trust.

I meet teens where they are and move at their pace, supporting self-expression, emotional awareness, and confidence. Together, we focus on their strengths, what matters to them, and small, steady steps forward that feel manageable and true to who they are.

At this time, services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not billed through Medi-Cal or insurance.

Services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions. Support is informed by evidence-based frameworks (ACT, CBTp) but delivered in a coaching and peer support context. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed providers when appropriate Services focus on empowerment, skill-building, and lived-experience-informed support
