Peer Support Services
I offer non-clinical, strengths-based peer support grounded in lived experience and professional certification as a California Medi-Cal Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS).
Peer support is collaborative, empowering, and goal-oriented. Sessions focus on recovery support, emotional wellness, skill-building, identity exploration, boundaries, and practical life navigation.
This is not therapy. I do not diagnose, treat, or provide psychotherapy. Peer support complements mental health care but does not replace licensed clinical treatment.
Areas of focus may include:
• Recovery and relapse prevention support
• Emotional regulation and coping skills
• Life transitions and identity development
• Boundaries and communication
• Goal setting and accountability
• Resource navigation and systems support
• Creative expression as healing
The intention of peer support is empowerment, not dependency.
Sessions are available virtually or in person where applicable.
Design the Life Your Soul Remembers
There comes a point when the life you are living no longer feels fully yours.
You may have followed expectations.
Played roles well.
Carried responsibility with strength.
And yet, something deeper begins to surface — a quiet remembering.
My work lives in that space.
I am a certified Life Recovery Coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC), with trauma-informed training through The Centre for Healing in Australia. I also hold certification as a California Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), grounding my work in lived experience, resilience, and practical wisdom.
In addition, I have completed advanced continuing education through the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and UCLA Wellbeing for LA Learning Center, including:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp): Introduction and Practical Applications
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with LGBTQ+ Youth and Young Adults
• Providing Affirming Care to the LGBTQ+ Community
• Focused and Flourishing: Working with LGBTQ+ Families
• Fostering Queer Joy and Wellbeing
• Indigenous Wellness and Health Models, Processes, and Healing
• Skills for Listening and Engaging
• Provider Wellbeing and Self-Compassion
While I do not provide psychotherapy or clinical treatment, this additional training deepens my trauma-informed awareness, cultural humility, and understanding of identity-affirming support.
Coaching with me is structured, intentional, and forward-moving.
It is not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Instead, I help individuals clarify who they are becoming, release outdated identities, and build lives that reflect their inner truth.
This is identity work.
This is structural change.
This is becoming.
My Approach
I combine:
• Trauma-informed awareness
• Identity alignment
• Strategic life design
• Boundary refinement
• Practical action mapping
• Accountability with clarity
Each session is designed to create momentum. Not endless processing. Not dependence. Movement.
We remember.
We realign.
We redesign.
