90-Minute Peer Support Session

This is an extended peer support service for when you need more time to be with what you’re carrying. There’s no pressure to get anywhere or figure anything out or just space to move at your own pace with support grounded in lived experience.

This service is not therapy or clinical treatment. It is peer support provided by a Certified Peer Support Specialist, grounded in shared lived experience, mutuality, and recovery-oriented support.

At this time, services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not billed through Medi-Cal or insurance.

What we’ll do:

• take time to arrive, settle, and check in on your current needs and experiences
• create a safe, respectful space for you to share at your own pace without judgment or pressure
• support your self-direction by following your lead and what feels most important to you
• offer peer support through lived experience to promote connection and understanding (not clinical advice or directives)
• stay with your experience without rushing, fixing, or directing it
• identify strengths, coping strategies, and supports that feel helpful to you
• allow space to ground and transition before the session ends
